- ¼ cup finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil (from the jar)
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
For Serving
- 1 loaf crusty bread (baguette, ciabatta, or sourdough)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Dip
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, parsley, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the sun-dried tomato oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Let the mixture sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
