Ingredients

1 loaf French bread

1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, thinly sliced

1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp steak seasoning

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup provolone cheese, sliced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Steak:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the sliced steak and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Return the steak to the skillet and season with steak seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Prepare the Bread:

Slice the French bread loaf horizontally and hollow out some of the interior to create space for the filling.

Assemble the Stuffed Bread:

Fill the hollowed-out bread with the steak and vegetable mixture.

Top with shredded mozzarella and slices of provolone cheese.

Bake:

Place the stuffed loaf on a baking sheet and bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:

Slice into portions and serve warm.

Enjoy your cheesy, steak-stuffed French bread masterpiece! Perfect for a hearty meal that’s easy to make and even easier to enjoy.
