A golden, buttery bread shaped like a Christmas tree, stuffed with creamy spinach-artichoke dip—perfect for parties and family gatherings.

Ingredients

For the dip filling:

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the bread:

  • 2 cans refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent dough sheets)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Extra Parmesan for sprinkling

  1. Make dip filling: In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Assemble bread: Roll out dough sheets and cut into equal squares (about 2 ½ inches). Place 1 tbsp filling in the center of each square. Pinch edges together to form a ball.
  3. Shape tree: Arrange filled dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree.
  4. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Brush & finish: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over warm bread and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  6. Serve: Pull apart and enjoy warm.
