Cheesy Garlic Butter Rollups

Flaky, golden rollups stuffed with melty cheese and brushed with garlic butter—perfect as a snack, appetizer, or side.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or a mix of mozzarella & cheddar)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or dried parsley + oregano)
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dough: Roll out crescent dough and separate into triangles (or cut pizza dough into strips).
  3. Fill & roll: Sprinkle each piece with mozzarella, then roll tightly into logs or spirals. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  4. Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Brush over rollups. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  5. Bake: Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve: Enjoy warm with marinara dipping sauce.
