Cheesecake Crescent Rolls Casserole

Flaky crescent roll layers filled with sweet cream cheese and baked to golden perfection—like cheesecake and pastry in one irresistible bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz each)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Bottom Layer:
Unroll one can of crescent dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the dish, pinching seams together.
  3. Make Cream Cheese Filling:
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, ¾ cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over crescent dough.
  4. Add Top Layer:
Unroll the second can of crescent dough and gently lay it over the cream cheese layer, pinching seams to seal.
  5. Top with Cinnamon Sugar Butter:
Pour melted butter evenly over the top. Mix remaining ¼ cup sugar with cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered dough.
  6. Bake:
Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and slightly crisp.
  7. Cool & Serve:
Let cool for at least 20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.

Tip: Drizzle with honey, chocolate sauce, or caramel for an extra decadent touch.
