
A golden, buttery bread shaped like a Christmas tree, stuffed with creamy spinach-artichoke dip—perfect for parties and family gatherings.
Ingredients
For the dip filling:
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained well
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the bread:
- 2 cans refrigerated pizza dough (or crescent dough sheets)
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Extra Parmesan for sprinkling
Instructions
- Make dip filling: In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Assemble bread: Roll out dough sheets and cut into equal squares (about 2 ½ inches). Place 1 tbsp filling in the center of each square. Pinch edges together to form a ball.
- Shape tree: Arrange filled dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
- Brush & finish: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over warm bread and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Serve: Pull apart and enjoy warm.
